Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy and convenient. You may return or exchange any unopened product cartons within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, less original shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by the makers of ROGAINE® unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
If you purchased a 6 month or 12 month supply, you must return the entire supply (unopened and unused) within the first 30 days after purchase for a refund or exchange.
If you have a return or exchange, please contact the ROGAINE® Customer Care Center at 1-855-839-3838, between the hours of 8AM and 8PM EST, Monday through Friday.
ROGAINE® product shipments require special handling by FedEx, UPS, and USPS carriers. This is designated by the "ORM-D" label affixed to the box in which you received your shipment.
Please ensure that you have the ORIGINAL FedEx, UPS, or USPS box that was shipped to you, in order to facilitate your return.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at 1-855-839-3838 if your order arrived damaged or if a packaging error occurred. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will provide instructions on what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
