The initial membership period is four months. Upon expiration of the initial membership term, your membership will automatically renew every 120 days (each, a "membership term"). You are financially responsible for all membership fees until notice of cancellation is received by ROGAINE®. Auto Delivery settings can be managed via My Subscriptions or by calling ROGAINE® Customer Care at 1-855-839-3838.B. CANCELLATION POLICY:
i. You may cancel your membership at any time. You may cancel online through your account at rogaine.com before the expiration of your then-current membership term to enable us to process your cancellation request. If we receive your cancellation request after the end of your then-current membership terms, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the 4 month period and no refund shall be provided.
ii. Provided you cancel in accordance with this Section B., your account will be terminated effective at the end of the then current membership term and ROGAINE® may, in its sole discretion, delete all of the account information provided by you and remove member benefits.C. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS:
i. By subscribing, you authorize ROGAINE® to charge your card after the initial membership term ends the then-current rate for the applicable ROGAINE® product, plus shipping, handling, and taxes (when applicable). The membership will first renew on the day after the initial membership term ends and renew on the same date 120 days thereafter until cancelled. You may cancel your membership at anytime in accordance with the instructions in Section B above. There is no minimum number of months or years for which you must continue your membership.
ii. The same card that you used to initially join and order products will be automatically charged for as long as you retain your membership. At any time you may change your payment method by accessing your account profile at rogaine.com except where required by law. You also agree that ROGAINE® is not obligated to send you any renewal or advanced billing notices indicating that your card will be or has been charged.D. PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICIES:
i. You agree to notify ROGAINE® immediately by updating the information in your account at My Subscriptions or by phone at 1-855-839-3838, if the card you provided when registering for your membership changes or expires.
ii. ROGAINE® reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon at least 30 days written notice to members. All charges are billed in U.S. Dollars. Your card will be charged when products are shipped.
iii. Your right to use the Website and receive the products is conditional upon receipt of payment by ROGAINE®. If payment cannot be charged to your card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately and without notice, either suspend or terminate your access and account. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your account is suspended or terminated.
iv. To review the billing terms of your account, you may access your account details at My Account.
